In separate incidents Wednesday night, pairs of gunmen robbed convenience stores and got away.The first robbery happened about 9:35 p.m. at the Texaco station in the 1500 block of Eastway Drive, ay Shamrock Drive. In that case, the gunmen ran off after robbing the store, according to police reports.
Then shortly after 11 p.m., police say, two men entered the Express Mart in the 8100 block of Old Concord Road and robbed the store at gunpoint. That is near Rocky River Road West. In the Express Mart case, police say, the gunmen drove off in a dark-colored vehicle.
